JOJO is a digital wellness service for digestive and emotional support, offering declarative tracking and informational content.

Important: The JOJO application does not replace professional medical advice. If you have persistent or concerning symptoms, consult your doctor.

The service is not a medical device and should not be used in emergencies. In case of emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Registration requirements:

• Minimum age: 16 years
• Legal capacity to contract
• Acceptance of these terms of service

Technical compatibility:

• Compatible smartphone (iOS or Android)
• Stable internet connection
• Some features may be limited during the launch phase

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Use the application in accordance with its intended purpose
• Not make fraudulent, harmful or illegal use of the service
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures

Health data you choose to enter is processed based on your explicit consent, in accordance with the GDPR.

JOJO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to adapt to legal, technical or commercial developments.

The user will be notified of any major change by email or via the application, with the effective date indicated. In case of disagreement, the user may stop using the service.

These terms of service are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts are determined in accordance with applicable legal rules.
